When one thinks of Cheetah Hallandale Beach, the word that may come to mind is "wild" But they also think"sleek" "modern" "luxurious" "indulgent" and "exciting". While the entertainment here is certainly at the forefront (with hundreds of beautiful girls from all over the world) and the decor is secondary, the dining experience is certainly an important and perhaps unexpected draw.

After all, the way to a man's heart is also through his stomach. It doesn't hurt that the entertainment possibilities include a sports room with ten 60 inch TV's and six projector screens, as well as six stages, either.

The menu here includes traditional nightclub appetizers, but also complete meals with continental flair. Their dinner entrees include everything from the high-end New York Strip and Lobster Tail to comfort food selections like spaghetti and meatballs or simply grilled chicken breast. Chef Alvaro Trinida aims to please with gourmet selections that meet the high quality quotient for his discerning clientele.

Self-trained in restaurants in New York and Miami, including the Rusty Pelican 94th Aero Squadron and Grover Isle, he cooks up a gormet lunch as well from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm daily, rather than just serving up a buffet spread. Lunchtime fare includes salads, sandwiches, sliders, wraps and other selections freshly made and presented to the guest's plate. Ask about their daily specials and home made soup de jour.
